AM-PM VIBES

Is a comprehensive cognitive construct developed to better assist individuals with understanding the importance that our conscience has on our healthy and unhealthy thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Decision-Action Points (DAP’s)

DAP's are the points at which one makes a decision followed by the corresponding action(s) performed in the world. Our DAP's fall into three categories, they are: In The Moment (ITM), Short Delay, and Long Delay.

Sides of Self (SoS)

Have you ever said: "That was the old me," "That's the fighter in me," "or "That was not me last night." We often talk about our different Sides of Self, but what are they and why do they exist? Learn about your different Sides of Self and how to avoid the unhealthy and destructive ones.

Applicability and Intended Audience

The "F" it Zone has a broad scope of application and can be easily adapted to meet your training needs. The areas of emphasis include, but are not limited to, personal health and well-being, mental health, personal development, addictions, counseling, and corrections. The intended audience includes, but is not limited to, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, counselors, educators, probation officers, and case managers.

This cognitive-behavioral model is intended to provide relevant information to help enhance the delivery of counseling, mental health, and wellness services in various settings. This information can also be used to mentor at-risk youth or other populations focusing on personal development.

About Dr. Anthony Arellano

Dr. Arellano earned his Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from the Hawaii School of Professional Psychology in 2017. He began developing the ideas and concepts of the "F" it Zone in early 2022 and currently teaches them to adults struggling with substance addiction.
